En Vero is a human rights organization based in Montreal, Canada with a mission to help free wrongly incarcerated people in Latin America. They investigate and expose false arrests, provide free legal assistance and medical attention to defendants, and coordinate with governments and policymakers to make the safety of those they represent a priority.
In late summer of 2022, I volunteered to help revamp En Vero's website in order to appeal to volunteers, sponsors, donors, and funders. During the content audit, I found that some of the website's content was repetitive and/or misplaced, making the user experience confusing. I put together a presentation noting the changes they could make such as clarifying the roles their audience play (i.e. the difference between being a donor and a sponsor). I presented to the board of directors which resulted in a request for a new website copy that included those changes.

As requested, I produced a new website copy that streamlined their mission and introduced new engagement opportunities.
