The Ask
Develop research-backed recommendations for how to effectively engage current and potential funders, as well as local and national partners for MyPath, a financial literacy youth program.

The Action
After interviewing the MyPath team, we connected with a youth policy analyst to gain an understanding of the relationships funders have with non-profit organizations. We gathered information about the kind of voice, tone, and data that should be directed at funders and partners. After understanding the relationship dynamic, we created user personas and conducted an audit on their current website. Once we knew what content we had to work with, we transitioned into brainstorming additional ideas to add and improve their website. ​
The Result
We presented to the company, and they accepted our ideas for a downloadable brief and website improvements. The deliverable covered brand voice and tone, user personas, an editorial calendar, content templates, and ways to improve UX.
